Making new friends / Neue Leute kennenlernen

The great thing about living in London is that there are a thousand possible activities and meeting places for mums with young babies. The other day, Martina took Hugo to a nearby Children’s Centre where mums meet up to breastfeed their babies and to chat with each other. Martina had a great time connecting with other moms, exchanging experiences and tips. And little Hugo made his first friend, a lovely 3 month old Indian boy called Arjun. Wir finden unsere neue Heimat in London grossartig, und das erst Recht seit wir Eltern geworden sind. Es gibt hier scheinbar unzählige Aktiviteten und Treffpunkte für Muttis und Babies. Vor Kurzem waren Martina und Hugo zu Besuch im lokalen Kids-Zentrum, wo sich Muttis aus der Gegend regelmässig zum Stillen und Quatschen treffen. Martina hat viele neue Muttis kennengelernt und Tips und Erfahrungen ausgetauscht. Und der kleine Hugo hat seinen ersten Spielkameraten getroffen, den süssen Arjun, 3 Monate alt.
